20K Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The ORTC Black Friday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to customers who make a purchase on the ORTC website within the first 24 hours of the Black Friday Sale Launch, which is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th, at 7:00 PM Australian Central Standard Time (ACST).

Entry Period:

2. The entry period for the Giveaway commences on Wednesday, November 15th, at 7:00 PM ACST, and ends 24 hours later.

Prizes:

3. There are more than 50 prizes totalling over $20,023.83 to be awarded in this Giveaway. The specific nature and value of each prize are detailed in the Black Friday Giveaway Page on the ORTC website at www.ortc.com.au/pages/blackfridaysale.

 Winner Selection:

4. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winners will be drawn at the completion of the 24 Hour period; On the 16^th November 2023 at 7pm ACST and will take place at ORTC, 33 King Street, Norwood, SA, 5067.

Entry Requirements:

5. To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must make a purchase on the ORTC website within the first 24 hours of the Black Friday Sale Launch. Multiple entries are allowed, and making multiple purchases increases your chances of winning.

Prize Distribution:

6. Gifts will be placed within winning orders prior to order fulfillment.

 Notification of Winners:

7. Winners will receive their prize in their ORTC Order and will also be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the end of the Giveaway period. The method of contact will be via the email address provided by the entrant.

Publicity:

9. For prizes with a value of $250 and over, the winners details, including the last name, first initial and postcode will be published within 30 days of the drawing on the ORTC website (www.ortc.com.au/pages/blackfridaysale)and Instagram account (instagram.com/ortcclothingco).

Permit Number:

10. The permit number for this Giveaway will be provided once granted SA Permit T23/1558

11. The promoter’s address is 33 King Street, Norwood, SA, 5067.

Privacy:

12. Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:

13. ORTC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.

Unclaimed Prizes

14. If a prize remains unclaimed for a specified period of 30 days or is lost in transit during the delivery process, the prize shall be forfeited. ORTC shall not be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable prizes. Winners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information for prize delivery. It is the responsibility of the prize recipients to claim their prizes within the designated timeframe as specified in the Giveaway terms and conditions.

Amendment or Termination:

15. ORTC reserves the right to amend or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval.

Liability:

16. ORTC is not responsible for any technical difficulties, errors, or issues that may affect the Giveaway or the participation of entrants.

Governing Law:

17. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are in accordance with the Lotteries Act 2019 and the Lotteries Regulations 2021.

Age Restriction:

18. Persons under the age of 18 are permitted to enter the ORTC Black Friday Giveaway, provided that their participation is subject to parental or guardian approval. By entering the Giveaway, participants under the age of 18 affirm that they have obtained the necessary consent from their parent or legal guardian to participate. Parental or guardian approval is required for participants under 18 years of age.

By entering the ORTC Black Friday Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ORTC reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the Giveaway.
