As we gear up for the busiest period of our business calendar – Black Friday and Christmas – we are on the lookout for enthusiastic Warehouse Assistants with a strong team-oriented mindset to join our Norwood-based team.
During the Black Friday and Christmas sales season, our warehouse becomes the heart of our operation. We're seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals who are eager to be a part of our dynamic brand's rapid growth. You'll be working alongside a youthful yet driven and experienced team of retail and e-commerce enthusiasts. Rest assured, you'll have access to leading-edge technology and management systems to support you in this role.

This role is designed for those who can commit to a casual position, covering both weekdays and weekends, and 8 hour shifts between 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. While prior warehouse experience is advantageous, we are open to welcoming individuals who are enthusiastic and ready to embrace the energy of the holiday season.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the warehouse, ensuring all retail and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched each day.
Communicating with other members of the warehouse, ecommerce and customer service teams to ensure all orders are being shipped efficiently and issues resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing of retail and online orders.
- Picking and packing of wholesale orders.
- Assisting with the delivery dock for all goods in & out, communicating with couriers and delivery drivers.
- Counting and receiving incoming stock and organising stock in cartons, this could include lifting 20kgs boxes.
- Unloading pallets from trucks and operating a walk behind forklift.
- Accurately cross-checking product orders against packing slips in high volume.
- Ensuring all goods are in assigned warehouse aisles.
- Replenishing stock levels to picking shelves.
- Coordinating cycle counts and stocktakes when required.
- Handling returns and exchanges.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet all day and able to occasionally lift heavy cartons of up to 20kg’s.
- Eager to work in a high paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and be a part of a small team.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Forklift license (beneficial).
- Experience with warehousing duties preferable but not essential.
