Shipping policy


We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders in Australia and Autralia Post, FedEx Express and DHL Express for delivery of all international orders. The orders are dispatched from Adelaide within 24 hours of the order being placed excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to US PO Boxes.

An order confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

Import Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for international orders. This means that the total amount paid during checkout includes these charges, ensuring a seamless delivery process. Due to the nature of duties and taxes being collected upfront, refunds will include the amount paid for the product(s) only. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
