Men can take their usual size. For women, use the conversion guide below as a starting point for the most accurate fit, refer to the individual product's Garment Measurements.

How To Measure:
Chest:
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level across your back and your arms relaxed by your sides.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline, usually around the same level as your belly button or just above.
Measuring:
- Keep the measuring tape comfortably fitted around the body without pulling it too tight.
